The millGrind is a continuous-dress creep-feed grinding machine made by Elb-Schliff WZM GmbH (“ELB”), equipped with Ambit™ laser cladding and milling capability. This system sets a new standard for precision feature addition by integrating surface and profile grinding with additive manufacturing (AM) in a single setup. This machine was first demonstrated live at the Paris Air Show 2015.
